If you notice a problem with the quality of the flowers or gift received, we request that you contact us for review within 24 hours from purchase. A photograph of the flowers is required in order for us to review the quality issue. A response to quality issues is usually given within one business day of receiving the photo.
Non-delivery complaints must be received within 24 hours of the delivery date. Issues raised after this time will be considered on an individual basis.
We will however always look at issues on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are processed within 2 – 5 business days of the customer being notified that their request for a full or partial refund has been granted. Funds are returned to the credit card/PayPal account that the purchase was made with.
